Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to Beauty Hub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and services.

By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your country or place of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services.

2. General Conditions

Beauty Hub reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, services, content, images, branding, or other materials without our prior written permission.

3. Product Information and Authenticity

Beauty Hub aims to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, and information for all products offered on our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the products we sell are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers and distributors.

Product packaging, design, color, size, labeling, or appearance may occasionally differ from the images displayed on our website due to manufacturer updates, regional packaging differences, photography, screen settings, or product reformulations.

Such differences do not necessarily indicate that a product is incorrect or inauthentic.

4. Product Availability

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.

All orders are subject to product availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel unavailable items.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing, promotional, or technical error, Beauty Hub reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, contact the customer before processing or cancel the affected order and provide any applicable refund.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Beauty Hub reserves the right to verify, accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving:

Incorrect customer or delivery information
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Duplicate or unusual orders
Failed or incomplete payments

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Beauty Hub after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund procedures and the processing times of the relevant payment provider or bank.

7. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include online card payments, supported digital payment methods, and/or Cash on Delivery where available.

Payment options may vary depending on the order, delivery location, payment provider, or other applicable conditions.

Souhoola Card Payments: Payments made using a Souhoola card will be subject to an additional 10% fee on the total order amount. This fee must be paid in cash and is separate from the amount charged to the Souhoola card.

Beauty Hub Egypt does not directly store complete credit or debit card information. Online payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment service providers and are subject to their applicable terms and security procedures.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We provide delivery to eligible locations within Egypt, subject to courier availability and our shipping policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information.

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed before completing the order.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection requirements.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetics, skincare, personal-care, fragrances, and beauty products may not be eligible for return or exchange after opening, use, or removal of protective seals, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, free-shipping offers, gifts, and other promotions may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods, minimum order values, eligible products, or quantity limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Beauty Hub reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers where permitted by applicable law.

11. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on our website is accurate and current.

However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping information, or other website content.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information as necessary.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, social media platforms, and other applications.

We are not responsible for the independent practices, content, availability, or policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Personal Information

The collection and processing of personal information submitted through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

By using our services, you acknowledge that certain information may need to be shared with service providers such as payment processors and delivery companies where necessary to process and deliver your order.

14. Reviews, Comments and Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, or other feedback to Beauty Hub, you confirm that you have the right to provide such content.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, obscene, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content where permitted by law.

15. Intellectual Property

Beauty Hub makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, accuracy, and security of our website and services.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Egyptian law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty Hub, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims or losses resulting from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuses our website.

Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination will remain applicable where appropriate.

21. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Egyptian law.

22. Changes to These Terms

Beauty Hub may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
